A. It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person, firm or corporation to operate a business or facility licensed or otherwise regulated by OMMA within the city limits without a current Certificate of Compliance. Such violation shall be classified as a statutory class "C" offense and shall be punishable as allowable by State statute and the general penalty provision of this Code. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
B. Any business or facility in violation of this Section shall immediately cease operations until the violation is resolved. The City may summarily take actions necessary to assure the business or facility has ceased operations. (Ord. 2023-10, 9-12-2023)
