4-6-1:CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
   A.   All persons, firms or corporations initially engaging in business services or erecting or maintaining facilities for purposes licensed or otherwise regulated by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) or its affiliated or successor State agencies shall obtain a Certificate of Compliance from the City, in addition indicating the business and/or facility is in compliance with the building and trade codes, health and fire safety code, and zoning regulations of the City. Such Certificate of Compliance shall be prepared and issued as determined by the City Manager and shall bear the City Clerk's signature and corporate seal of the City.
   B.   Any Established business or facility licensed or otherwise regulated by OMMA shall obtain an annual renewal of its Certificate of Compliance as issued by the City prior to January 1 of any given year. It shall be the responsibility of any person, firm or corporation conducting any business or maintaining any facility within the city limits to have a current City-issued Certificate of Compliance in effect.
   C.   Submitted applications for a Certificate of Compliance shall include the name, mailing address, and any other information deemed necessary by the City identifying an individual responsible for the business or facility.
   D.   Each business or facility licensed or otherwise regulated by OMMA - including but not limited to the cultivation, processing, dispensation or transportation of medical marijuana - shall have a current City Certificate of Compliance specifically identifying the ownership and location thereof.
