3-7-10: CAPACITY TO SUE OR BE SUED:
The board of the ambulance district shall have the capacity to sue and be sued, subject, however, to those provisions of section 9, article 10 of the Oklahoma constitution relating to immunity from suit. (1991 Code § 11-41)
