A. The issuance of all licenses, collection of all license fees, and the enforcement of license conditions and revocation of licenses, shall be under the jurisdiction of the City Clerk, except where such duties are placed elsewhere by the ordinance prescribing the particular license.
B. No license for food truck/trailer mobile food vendors shall be issued until a satisfactory application has been submitted and approved, the required license fee has been paid to the City Clerk and all other conditions and requirements under this section have been satisfied.
