12-3-3: SCALE AND PROFILES:
The horizontal scale of the preliminary plat shall be one hundred feet (100') or less to the inch, and the vertical scale of street and sewer profiles ten feet (10') or less to the inch. (1991 Code § 16-2-16-5)
