3-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
PURCHASING OFFICER: Purchasing agent of the City of Skiatook, Oklahoma, as designated by the City Council.
SUPPLIES: Means and includes all new supplies, materials, and equipment. (Ord. 2013-04, 2-26-2013)
