12-1-2: JURISDICTION:

The rules and regulations governing plats of subdivisions of land and lot splits contained in this title shall apply within the city in accordance with the provisions of 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 41-101 et seq., and other applicable statutes. (1991 Code § 16-2-16-2; amd. 2011 Code)
