11-16-2: POLICY ON AMENDMENTS:

It shall be the policy of the City that in the consideration of proposed amendments to this title that amendments will be adopted to recognize changes in the comprehensive plan, to correct errors, or to recognize changed or changing conditions in a particular area or in the jurisdictional area generally. (1991 Code § 16-25-1510)
