2-3-10: RECORDS AND REPORTS:
   A.   The city treasurer shall keep a record of all revenues and expenditures of the airport, its related properties and facilities. (1991 Code § 1-768; amd. Ord. 2013-3, 2-12-2013)
   B.   The commission shall prepare and file an annual report and such additional reports as may be required with the city council setting forth the needs and requirements of the airport and related facilities, making recommendations for improvements to and utilization of all airport property.
   C.   It shall also be the duty of said commissioners to furnish such other and further reports, data and information as may be requested by the city council. (1991 Code § 1-768)
