A. The commission shall, in addition to the powers enumerated in this chapter, have such other and further powers as the city council shall from time to time delegate to it.
B. Whenever the commission shall place a recommendation before the city council by a duly adopted resolution of the commission and the city council shall fail to accept, reject or modify the same within two (2) regularly scheduled meetings of the city council following receipt of the recommendation, the recommendation shall become effective with respect to the operation of the airport.
