2-3-7: USE OF REVENUE:

A. All revenue derived from the operation of such airport and related property shall be placed in a special account of the city and expended only for airport, aviation or related purposes.

B. Expenditures for the operation and improvement of the airport shall be paid as other municipal expenses as the city council shall direct. (1991 Code § 1-765)
