A. Compensation And Reimbursement: Unless otherwise directed by the city council, the members of the commission shall receive no compensation for their service but shall be entitled to reimbursement of all expenses reasonably incurred by them in the performance of their duties as members of the commission.
B. Oath: Each commissioner shall take and file the oath as required by law in the state of Oklahoma.
C. Holding Elective Office Or Being Candidate: No member of such commission shall hold any elective office under the municipal government while a member of said commission, nor shall any such member be a candidate for any such elective office while a member of said commission.
D. Conflict Of Interest: Furthermore, no member of said commission shall have any interest in any concession, right or privilege to conduct any business or render any service for compensation upon the premises of the municipal airport nor in any business enterprise possessed of any such interest.
