10-5-7: RIGHT OF ENTRY:
In the discharge of his duties, the electrical official or an authorized representative shall have the authority to enter at any reasonable hour any building, structure or premises in the jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this chapter and the electrical code. (1991 Code § 5-22)
