A. Clerk Of The Court: The clerk of the municipal court shall give bond to the city council. The bond shall be approved by the city council and shall be in an amount to be fixed by the city council. The bond shall be in such form as determined by the municipal court. (1991 Code § 12-11; amd. 2011 Code)
B. Judge: The city council may provide that the judge, the alternate judge, and an acting judge, or any of them, shall give a bond to the city council. If a bond is required, it shall be in an amount to be fixed by the city council. It shall be conditioned in the same manner as the bond that is required of the clerk of the court, and it shall be approved by the city council. (1991 Code § 12-11)
