10-1-1: TECHNICAL CODES ADOPTED; REVISIONS:
   A.   Adoption: Those certain documents, copies of which are on file in the office of the building inspector of the city, being marked and designated as:
The 2015 edition of the International Residential Code as published by the International Code Council, as adopted, amended, and modified by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission as of November 1, 2016; the 2015 edition of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, as published by the International Code Council; the 2017 edition of the National Electrical Code as published by the National Fire Protection Association, and the 2018 editions of the International Building Code, the International Fuel Gas Code, the International Plumbing Code, the International Mechanical Code, the International Existing Building Code, and the International Fire Code, all as published by the International Code Council, all as adopted, amended, and modified by the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission as of September 14, 2021, as the statewide minimum codes, be and hereby are adopted as the building codes of the city for regulating and governing the construction, conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures; by providing the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupancy and use; and the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for occupancy and use; and the demolition of such structures as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and the collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said technical and building codes referenced herein and on file in the office of the building inspector, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof by reference as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed or otherwise referred to.
   B.   Revisions: The following sections of the adopted international residential code are hereby revised and adopted as follows:
   Adoption Of Table R301.2(1). Table R301.2(1) entitled "Climatic And Geographic Design Criteria", as set forth below, is hereby amended and adopted as set forth below, and inserted into the adopted international residential code:
