A. Unauthorized Use Prohibited: No person shall place garbage, trash, rubbish, or rubble in or about dumpsters or trash containers belonging to another person or entity or for which other persons or entities are paying the associated fees and charges for refuse service and the lawful use of such dumpsters and trash containers, without the authorization of the owner of the dumpster or trash container or the person or entity responsible for paying the associated fees and charges for refuse service.
B. Penalty Upon Violation: Any person violating this section shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2014-18, 9-9-2014)
