A. Creation: Pursuant to the authority conferred upon the city by 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 27-101 et seq., and pursuant to the resolution heretofore made by the city council finding that the efficient disposition of cases involving violation of municipal ordinances necessitates putting this court into operation, there is hereby created the municipal court of the incorporated city of Skiatook in Tulsa and Osage Counties, state of Oklahoma, which shall be a court not of record; and this chapter shall govern the operation, organization and procedure of such court. B. Resolution Of City Council: The city council hereby resolves and determines that the efficient disposition of cases involving the violation of municipal ordinances necessitates putting into operation the municipal court of the city. The city council hereby directs the city clerk to cause to be filed certified copies of such resolution to be filed in the offices, respectively, of the county clerks of Tulsa and Osage Counties and the clerk of the supreme court of the state of Oklahoma, which shall be subject to judicial notice in all courts of this state.
