A. Authority; Rate Determination And Adjustment:
1. Authority: The city of Skiatook and the Skiatook public works authority shall be the sole determining authority for attachment to the wastewater collection system and may prescribe any additional requirements and inspections as necessary for the health, safety, welfare and proper operation of the wastewater system.
2. Basis For Rates: Wastewater rates shall be based on the metered water supplied by all sources for each wastewater connection. (Ord. 2008-05, 1-29-2008)
3. Annual Rate Adjustment: All rates for each category of use will increase by the lesser of the social security administration cost of living adjustment (COLA) or one and five-tenths percent (1.5%) annually on each subsequent January 1 beginning January 1, 2017, and each January 1 thereafter until amended or repealed.
B. Inside Wastewater Rates: Wastewater rates and charges shall be as follows for facilities within the corporate limits of the city, effective as of the dates indicated:

3. Multiple Units: Multiple residential dwelling units, manufactured home developments and mobile home parks having singular service connections shall be calculated based upon the number of residential equivalencies and multiples of the base minimum rate for establishing the base amount as set forth in subsection B1 of this section.
C. Outside Wastewater Rates: Wastewater rates and charges shall be as follows for facilities outside of the corporate limits of the city, effective as of the date indicated:

3. D. Wastewater Connection Fees: Wastewater system connection fees shall be based upon four inch (4") standard connections as follows:
1. Inside the corporate limits of the city: One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
2. Outside the corporate limits of the city: Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
3. Oversize connections shall be based upon multiples of the four inch (4") minimum size, i.e., six inch (6") tap equals one and one-half (11/2) tap fee. (Ord. 2008-05, 1-29-2008)
