1-10-1: CORPORATE SEAL:
   A.   Seal Established; Custody: There is hereby created and adopted a corporate seal for the incorporated city of Skiatook; said seal shall at all times be in the custody of the city clerk and shall be used by him to authenticate all papers and documents requiring a seal. (1991 Code § 1-801; amd. Ord. 2013-3, 2-12-2013)
   B.   Description: Said seal shall have the word "Seal" in the center and the words "The Incorporated City of Skiatook, Oklahoma", around the margin. (1991 Code § 1-801)
