A. Authority To Prohibit Use Of Water: The city council and the trustees of the Skiatook public works authority are hereby authorized during periods of drought to prohibit the use of water for any purposes deemed by them not essential to the health and welfare of the city, such limitation of use to be by resolution; and the city council and the trustees of the Skiatook public works authority are further authorized to limit any use of water to certain hours of the day and to certain purposes. B. Discontinuance Of Use Outside Corporate Limits: In the event that any period of drought continues so that it appears that the city will be unable to supply adequate water for the inhabitants of the city, the city council and trustees of the Skiatook public works authority in such event are hereby authorized to disconnect (as provided by the laws of the state of Oklahoma) from the city's water distribution and supply system, all persons residing outside the corporate limits of the city.
