A. Transfer Fee: A fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for transfer of utilities. This will be deemed to have occurred when the occupant of one location switches either residence or commercial operations for which billing occurs. Said transfer will apply to all residential, commercial, and industrial accounts.
B. Returned Check Fee:
1. If a check is presented for payment for any and all utilities or services and returned by the paying bank, a returned check fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) will be added to the account for which payment was intended.
2. If the check was to cover any other bill from the city, the fee will be applied with the corresponding bill.
C. Modification Of Fees: The transfer fee and returned check fee heretofore described may be modified as necessary by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 2004-06, 7-27-2004)
