A. Requirement Of Athletic Facilities Use Agreement: An athletic facilities use agreement shall be required when a "youth sports organization" (defined as a youth sports league, team or club, including booster clubs and referred to in this chapter as "YSO", whether singular or plural) desires to utilize city owned athletic facilities, including, but not limited to, athletic fields located at the Skiatook Sports Park located at 3020 W. 133rd St. North, John Zink Park, the soccer fields located at 800 West Oak Street, and the Central Complex Gym, located at 710 South Osage.
B. Agreement Required: No YSO ("youth sports organization") may utilize or use for any purpose city owned athletic facilities unless an athletic facilities use agreement is entered into and approved by the city council of the city of Skiatook.
C. Preference For Use: Preference for athletic facility use shall be given to YSO based within the greater Skiatook, Oklahoma, geographic area and in which the participants primarily reside within the Skiatook, Oklahoma, geographic area. (Ord. 2015-05, 4-28-2015)
