Upon the approval of any such application as submitted or modified, the city council shall cause to be prepared a suitable lease or contract agreement setting forth the terms and conditions of the land and/or facility use, which lease or contract shall in every instance be conditioned upon the following:
A. Original and continued compliance with the standards required for each particular aeronautical activity approved, and shall refer to and incorporate these standards by reference.
B. That any structure or facility to be constructed upon the airport shall be constructed in conformity with all pertinent regulations of the state and the city, and shall be erected pursuant to a building permit duly issued and compliance with the requirements of current codes and regulations of the city and commission; and that all structures will include aprons, taxiways and roads, constructed at the expense of the lessee, from lessee's structure to existing taxiways, aprons and roads in accordance with specifications previously approved by the city. All construction shall proceed to completion with due diligence.
C. Shall reserve the right in the city council to modify or add to the standards for operation of aeronautical activities at the airport; shall provide for termination or cancellation of the lease or contract upon failure to comply after notice. (1991 Code § 1-447)
