A. No person shall be permitted to use any airport land for any purpose or conduct any aeronautical activity for commercial purposes or the solicitation of business in connection therewith unless such activity is conducted in accordance with the standards herein established and as hereinafter amended from time to time upon the recommendation of the airport commission with the approval of the city council.
B. Use of airport land or facilities contrary to the standards and requirements herein set forth is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor. (1991 Code § 1-443)
