8-5-1: PROCEDURES AND MINIMUM STANDARDS ADOPTED:
The procedures and minimum standards set forth in this chapter are hereby promulgated and adopted for the use of any land or facility at the Skiatook Municipal Airport. (1991 Code § 1-441)
