8-4-4: FEES AND CHARGES SET BY CITY COUNCIL:
The city council may set, by resolution, from time to time, such fees and charges as they deem necessary and reasonable for the purchase of cemetery spaces, opening and closing of gravesites, disinterments and other provided services. (Ord. 98-04, 3-31-1998)
