8-1-9: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
 
Violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, and any person convicted of violating this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2000-10, 8-29-2000; amd. 2011 Code)
