The following provisions are also applicable:
A. Easements: An applicant shall be responsible for securing all necessary easements over, under, and through private property.
B. Maps, Records And Inspection: The city shall have the right to inspect and examine, at any reasonable time and upon reasonable notice, the property owned or used, in part or in whole, by an applicant.
C. City Codes In Effect: An applicant shall be subject to all general ordinance provisions now in effect or hereafter adopted. Nothing in this chapter or a license issued hereunder shall be deemed to waive the requirements of the various codes and ordinances of the city regarding building, construction, electrical, plumbing and other codes, permits, fees to be paid, or manner of construction.
