No construction shall be done until the city has issued a permit for paving cut or boring permit, which shall be on a form consistent with the permit attached to ordinance 2000-10. The permit shall constitute authorization for the commencement of construction by the applicant and shall set forth any specifications for backfilling and compacting the trench, other than those contained in this chapter, and specifications for replacement of the surface of the public way. It may also contain additional specifications for the manner of boring under the public way. (Ord. 2000-10, 8-29-2000)
