6-8-10: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each act in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. (1991 Code § 14-296; amd. 2011 Code)
