A. Keeping Restricted: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain a large animal upon any contiguous tract of real property within the city limits unless the area of such contiguous tract of real property is at least one acre. (1991 Code § 3-23)
B. Acreage Requirement: No person shall maintain more than one large animal on any tract of land within the city unless such tract shall contain at least one acre per large animal kept or maintained. (1991 Code § 3-24)
