After the effective date hereof, emergency ambulance service supplemental to insurance benefits will be furnished to all eligible persons in accordance with the EMS operational protocols as approved by the Oklahoma State Department of Health and the Skiatook Fire Department (EMS) Medical Director. A copy of the current EMS operational protocols shall be available for review at City Hall during normal business hours and are also available on the City's website. (Ord. 2012-04, 2-20-2012)
