5-3-6: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   Separate Violations: Every article sold and every day a sale is conducted in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (1991 Code § 11-107)
   B.   Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1991 Code § 11-108; amd. 2011 Code)
