A. Destruction Of Used Syringes: Any person who uses any disposable syringe shall, immediately after use of it, destroy it or render it or its needle inoperable so that it cannot be used again by any other person. (1991 Code § 11-105)
B. Multiple Use: Any person who uses a needle or syringe intended for use more than one time shall, immediately after the final use of the same, destroy the needle or syringe, or either, rendering it inoperable so that the needle or syringe cannot be used again by any other person. (1991 Code § 11-106)
