A. Records Required: Any person who sells hypodermic syringes shall maintain a written record of sales, showing the name of persons to whom the syringe was sold, the address of the buyer, the date of the sale, the number and type (by capacity) of syringes sold. (1991 Code § 11-103)
B. Inspection Of Records: Records required by this section to be maintained shall be made available for inspection during business hours to the chief of police, the assistant chief of police or any other person who the chief of police may designate in writing. (1991 Code § 11-104)
