5-3-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and terms have the following meanings:
CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE: A drug, substance or immediate precursor in schedules I through V of the Oklahoma uniform controlled substances act 1 as that act now exists and may be hereafter amended.
DISPOSABLE SYRINGE: A hypodermic syringe which is manufactured for use one time or the needle of which is designed for use only one time.
HYPODERMIC SYRINGE OR SYRINGE: A device manufactured or designed to inject or extract a substance below the layer of the epidermis of any living thing. (1991 Code § 11-101)
