5-1-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each occurrence of a violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 93-02, 3-9-1993; amd. 2011 Code)
