A. Penalty Imposed: Violation of this chapter is hereby declared a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day during which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (1991 Code § 14-281; amd. 2011 Code)
B. Nuisance Declared: A violation of this chapter shall be deemed a nuisance and subject to abatement as other nuisances by civil action for injunction and other remedies afforded by state law for abatement of nuisances. (1991 Code § 14-281)
