4-4-8: DUPLICATED REQUIREMENTS; MOST RESTRICTIVE PROVISIONS APPLY:
In all cases where the requirements of this chapter are duplicated, more or less, by the state of Oklahoma or the corporation commission of the state of Oklahoma, the more restrictive set of regulations shall apply. (1991 Code § 14-280)
