Upon completion of drilling and placement of production equipment, an approved security device shall be placed around all mechanical and electrical devices. Security devices shall be designed to restrict the accidental electrocution or entanglement in moving devices by humans or domestic animals. At a minimum, the security device shall be a wooden or metal fence not less than fifty two inches (52") in height with positive locks at all access points. (1991 Code § 14-277)
