A. Discharge Onto Liquid Surfaces: No discharge onto the surface of any liquid, drilling mud, salt, water or other noxious or deleterious substances shall be permitted from the well site or pits, tanks or other accessories to the operation.
B. Gases: No gases or other flammable vapors shall be released except in compliance with the rules of the Oklahoma corporation commission. (1991 Code § 14-276)
C. Noise: Noise emitted from such operation shall be limited so as not to cause a disturbance of the peace as provided for in state law. No operations may be conducted after nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. and before six o'clock (6:00) A.M., at any well site within one thousand feet (1,000') of a residential, commercial or other establishment where there are persons reasonably expected to be annoyed thereby.
