For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
CORPORATE LIMITS: All areas legally annexed by the city of Skiatook, excluding those areas enclosed by a narrow strip of annexed territory, commonly known as a "fence line".
DRILLING EQUIPMENT: All such items that may be necessary and proper to facilitate the access to mineral resources or the exploration for these resources, specifically exempting those operations whose intent is to secure potable water supplies.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT: Those devices necessary and proper to extract mineral resources after access has been attained.
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING: Any house, apartment, duplex or other structure which is normally occupied by a person as his or her place of abode and is not located within an area zoned for commercial services.
SECURITY DEVICE: Any physical barrier to human or domestic animals. (1991 Code § 14-271)
