The small commercial service rate for electrical service shall be as follows:
(a) Designation. SCS.
(b) Applicable. To all commercial or industrial customers for single- or three-phase lighting, heating, cooking, refrigeration, power to motors, and other approved uses, where the monthly metered energy does not exceed 6000 kWh.
(c) Character of service. Single- or three-phase, 60 Hertz, at available secondary voltages.
(d) Rate.
(1) Fixed charge. $9.75 per month for service from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018; $10.14 per month from January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019; $10.44 per month for service from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020; $10.76 per month for service from January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021; $11.08 per month for service from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022; and $11.41 for service beginning January 1, 2023.
(2) Energy charge (all kWh). $0.1323 for service from January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018; $0.1376 from January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019; $0.1417 for service from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020; $0.1460 for service from January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021; $0.1504 for service from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022; and $0.1549 for service beginning January 1, 2023.
