5-2-5: PENALTY:
Every person convicted of violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties imposed by the general penalty provisions, section 1-4-1 of this code. The same shall apply for each separate day of a violation hereof. (Ord. 350, 3-1-2007)
