4-5-7: RULES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY COUNCIL:

The town council may from time to time adopt reasonable rules and regulations not inconsistent with this chapter nor federal or state rules and regulations, to govern the operation of private haulers and to promote the health, safety and general welfare. (1993 Code § 5.16.060)
