A. Issuance By Clerk-Treasurer: All licenses granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be issued by the town clerk- treasurer, and shall specify the object, time and place for which the same shall have been granted. (1993 Code § 5.12.030)
B. Fee: License shall be issued for any of the purposes and objects contemplated by this chapter upon payment of the following license fees: For exhibition of any circus, or any other exhibition or entertainments, included in this chapter, a license shall be issued upon the payment of such sum as the mayor may, in his discretion, consider just and proper. Provided, that such sum shall not in any case be less than five dollars ($5.00) per day nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) per day. (1993 Code § 5.12.020)
