A. Removal By Council: The town council may, by majority vote, remove any member of the tree advisory board whenever it appears that removal would be in the best interests of the town, as determined by the town council, and shall fill the vacancy created by the resignation, death or removal of any member for the unexpired portion of the member's term.
B. Recommendations Of Board: The board may make recommendations to the town council for removal of members. (Ord. 359, 1-7-2010)
