2-1-1: MEMBERSHIP; COMPENSATION:
There is created a tree advisory board, which shall consist of a minimum of three (3) persons and a maximum number of nine (9) persons, or such other number of members as the town council shall determine by resolution, who shall serve without compensation. (Ord. 359, 1-7-2010)
