AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-4-1 OF TI-IESINCLAIRMUNICIPALCODETO AMENDGENERALPENALTY.
 
BEITORDAINEDBYTHEGOVERNING BODYOFTHETOWNOFSINCLAIR,WYOMING:
 
Section1.   Section1-4-1oftheSinclairMunicipalCodeisherebyamendedtoreadasfollows:
 
1-4-1:   GENERALPENALTY:
 
A Penalty Imposed:Whenever in this code or in any ordinance of the town an actisprohibitedorismadeordeclaredtobeunlawfuloranoffenseoramisdemeanor, or whenever in this code or the ordinances of the town the doingof any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful, theviolation of any such provision shall be punishable by a fine of not exceedingseven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00); provided, however, that no penalty shallbe greater or less than the penalty provided for the same or a similar offenseunderthelawsofthestate.(1993Code§1.12.010;amd.2014Code)
 
B. Continuing Violation:Each day any violation of any provision of this code oranyordinanceshallcontinueshallconstituteaseparateoffense.
 
c. Nuisance Abatement:In the event that any such violation is designated as anuisance under any provision of this code or any ordinance of the town, suchnuisance may be summarily abated by the police department of the town. (1993Code§1.12.010)
 
D. Additional Charge:In addition to any fine imposed under this section, suchviolator shall be taxed not exceeding ten dollars ($10.00) costs.(1993 Code §1.12.010;amd. 2014Code)
