1-1-5: EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION:
The mayor of the town is vested with jurisdiction for the enforcement of municipal ordinances over all places within five (5) miles of the corporate limits of the town for the enforcement of health or quarantines and the regulation thereof, and in all matters excepting taxation, within one-half (1/2) mile of the corporate limits of the town. (1993 Code § 1.08.010)
